Advice to Women: Understand Why Men Look

In this article for women, we'll review the top five reasons why men are so visual. Women know that men are visual. Men look. But it's not lewd, rude, or superficial. Men have this well-designed, effective ability to visually acquire an enormous amount of information just by a look. Seriously. Eh hem.

Looking is a great way for a man to collect information. If you get a man's attention, you may want to consider why. Here are the top five reasons why masculine men look at feminine women, starting with the least important reason. 

#5 Nice Hair

To have nice hair, you need a healthy body. Shiny hair comes from within. Fat in the diet makes nice hair. Nice, shiny hair means that there's a healthy body producing that beautiful hair. A few million years ago, this information was critical to survival. The average caveman lived only about 20 years. In that short time frame, he had to spend limited resources to find a healthy, fertile mate. Shiny hair was an easy indication. Have men come along way since then? Not really. Our DNA is just about the same. But nice hair is not that important. A nice shape is. 

#4 Nice Shape

Butts. There are all kinds. And no matter what shape woman has, some guy is lovin' it. What's surprising to women is that a man's ideal shape for a woman is not a Barbie-look-alike, nor is it a size 2. Men like curves. Men love the love handles. Thighs that rub against each other are a turn-on. Men love all kinds of bodies. We love less make-up and more body. 

Here are two questions for women to ask their men:

I bet the answers will be pleasantly surprising. Pleasantly? Yes. Because the woman who knows what her man loves about her physical body is a woman who has a satisfied, loyal, and loving man. If she's got what he's into, then she's got a good man to keep. And if a woman wants to have a sexy body, she's got to dump all notions of what the world says is sexy.

• "This is an important idea that us, as women, can learn from men. We all need to forget about society's notions of what is perfect and start to love ourselves. This is how you get lost in the moment with your man and allow two to become one. This is how you become a sex goddess and the ultimate seductress."
  

But looks aren't everything. Sensuality is more important than shiny hair and a nice butt. So, let's go to #3.

#3 Sensuality

If a woman feels sexy, then she is sexy. Sensuality comes from indulging in simple pleasures. It could be enjoying a bite to eat, a particular song, the outdoor air, something that you're wearing, anything. Being sensual means that you're paying attention, really focused, on that one particular pleasure. And when a woman is sensual, it's a turn on for men. 

Alison Armstrong writes in her book Making Sense of Men: 

• "Have you ever tried to spice up your sex life with some lingerie? After listening to men, I figured out that when you buy lingerie, the trick is to buy the lingerie that turns you on. Buy the lingerie that causes you to go, "Whoa!" when you look in the mirror. Because if you're feeling sexy, you are sexy. And, if lingerie doesn't do it for you, wear what does. You can feel sexy in your sweat pants, and you can feel sexy in nothing!"
  

But to enjoy feeling sensual, you have to first believe that you're sexy. Let's look at #2, sexiness.

#2 Sexiness

If a woman believes she's sexy, then she is. Heavenly texts of Proverbs 23:7 says: 

• "For as she thinks in her heart, so is she."

Spending money on gym workouts, new clothes, make-up and hair does not come anywhere close to the return on investing in believing in yourself. When a woman believes she's looking good, then she's really got it goin' on and then some. A woman can spend thousands of dollars to make herself look attractive, but it won't work without spending a few mindful moments mediating upon how she awesomely believes in herself. This means that you can have nasty hair and big booty, and if you believe in yourself, your man is lovin' it. 

Sensuality (#3) and sexiness (#2) are for men like honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to their bones. Men notice sensuality in our women. We observe how our woman believes in herself, not just physically, but also emotionally, socially, economically, politically, etc. Women can be masculine. Yes. But femininity requires a special force of life and spirituality, which is very attractive to masculine men. We dig that stuff. 

Men look. Men see. We tend to notice our women who have learned what energies make her femininity alluring.

We love looking. But let's get to the #1 reason why men look at women.

#1 Believing

The number one, most attractive thing a man looks at in a woman is her believing. How a woman believes in herself as a spiritual, enlightened being is so attractive, it's irresistible for a man. #2 is not even close. Believing is sexy. 

And I'm not talking about Crash Davis's believing in the Bull Durham movie. I'm not talking about simple self-confidence. I'm referring to believing. Spiritual believing. It's that which makes a woman so incredible, her man would do anything to be with her, care for her, protect her, and promise to love her until death do they part. 

Conclusion

Men look, but it's a woman's believing that's most seductive.
